Autonomous trade is the pitch from one of Nasdaq's lesser-known AI listings to start the week.

RedCloud Holdings plc (NASDAQ: RCT) runs an AI-powered open-commerce platform for fast-moving consumer goods trade in emerging markets. On July 13 it unveiled CORE, the Compounding Operating Runtime Engine, a trade execution engine intended to complete its RedAI infrastructure alongside RAID, its Realtime AI for Distribution. RAID's models are being developed to predict supply, demand and price benchmarks, while CORE is being built to execute the resulting actions, placing orders, processing payments and managing inventory, initially with human approval and limited autonomous execution in defined scenarios. Both sit on a proprietary Data Foundation of FMCG trading data gathered since 2023 that the company values at $6.9 billion, with a launch planned for August 2026.

If RedCloud can turn that data trove into automated transaction flow, the company would hold an unusual end-to-end position in emerging-market commerce. Both engines remain in development, though, and the $6.9 billion figure is the company's own valuation of its data, not revenue. This is market commentary, not investment advice — small-cap technology stocks are highly speculative and you can lose your entire investment.
